To create a short promotional video showcasing the range of services Holiday Inn kensington Forum provides to their customers. Consulted their representative in order to get a deeper understanding of their ground floor services. We then developed a creative visual concept to showcase the entire ground experience to the viewers from a customer's point of view, between the time it took them to check in at reception and walk to the lift to get to their room.
